Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:We are looking for a highly qualified and career-minded Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients home. You would be responsible for following the physician ordered plan of care. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of nursing and therapists as well as patients and their families. This position will serve the areas of Raytown, Independence, Blue Springs, and Oak Grove.Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m.The Work:Administration of professional nursing services.
