Job Description Job Description Treasury Analyst Kansas City Metro | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Direct Hire | up to $70,000 annually LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client who is seeking a detail?oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to join the Finance team. In this role, you will support daily cash management activities, optimize liquidity, analyze financial data, and assist in maintaining strong banking relationships. This position plays a key part in ensuring the organization's cash flow health and overall financial stability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity across accounts Prepare and maintain short? and long?term cash flow forecasts Execute and track treasury transactions, including wires, ACH, FX trades, and intercompany transfers Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies Support treasury system maintenance and process improvements Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements Analyze bank fees, credit facilities, and investment performance Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external banking partners Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 1-3 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Accounting (internships included) 5 years within the banking industry specifically (required) Strong understanding of cash management, financial instruments, and banking operations Proficiency in Excel; experience with treasury management systems is a plus Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast?paced environment Excellent communication and problem?solving abilities Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year Search managed by: Claire Grossman Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate -privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Massachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
