Job Description Job Description About the Role: We are a growing
multi-specialty medical clinic with an opening of an Assistant
Practice Manager. This is a new role! The Assistant Practice
Manager will play a critical role in supporting the overall
management and operational efficiency of a medical or professional
practice. This position will be responsible for assisting the
Practice Manager in overseeing daily administrative functions,
ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhancing
patient or client satisfaction. The Assistant Practice Manager will
collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize
workflow, manage resources effectively, and implement policies that
promote a high standard of care and service. This role requires a
proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to
the dynamic environment of a healthcare or professional setting.
Responsibilities: Support the Manager in daily operations and shift
leadership Ensuring efficient clinical flow Help maintain company
standards for customer service, safety, and cleanliness Support the
Practice Manager in staff supervision, training, and performance
evaluations to ensure a motivated and efficient team. Assist in
handling patient or client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to
maintain high satisfaction levels. Contribute to the development
and implementation of practice policies and procedures. Serve as a
role model for professionalism, reliability, and teamwork Skills:
The Assistant Practice Manager utilizes strong organizational daily
to coordinate between clinical and administrative teams, ensuring
efficient practice operations. Communication skills and email
etiquette are essential for interacting with staff, patients, and
external partners, and facilitating clear and effective information
exchange. Experience with EHR software. Minimum Qualifications: At
least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or professional
practice role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong reliability, attendance, and time management skills.
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Preferred
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration,
