Handle order changes, returns, and replacements as needed. Update client records and ensure accuracy in CRM systems. Follow up on service satisfaction and gather client feedback. Communicate client feedback internally to help improve products and services. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and service activities. Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
