available for two full-time paraprofessionals to support students
within a K-12 school district located in Lees Summit, MO. These
positions focus on providing one-on-one assistance to students at
the elementary level, requiring experience with behavioral support
and personal care needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver 1:1 support
to students at two elementary schools. Assist students with
toileting and behavioral needs in a compassionate and patient
manner. Collaborate with special education staff and follow
individualized education plans. Maintain consistent communication
with supervisors and district personnel regarding student progress.
Uphold all district policies and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active paraprofessional
certification or eligibility is required. Prior experience working
with children exhibiting challenging behaviors. Comfort and
proficiency in assisting with toileting and personal care. Strong
communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a
school setting. Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to
daily tasks. Location: Lees Summit, Missouri, serving K-12 students
in an educational district. Position hours: Full-time from 9:00 AM
to 4:30 PM. Additional Details: Contract duration through the
current school year. Initial interview process includes a brief
prescreen call followed by a 15-minute virtual interview with
district special education leadership. Candidates must be able to
complete required background checks, drug screenings, and
