Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to lead the
post-sales lifecycle for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and nurture relationships with senior leaders to align with
business objectives
Lead customer onboarding initiatives and ensure timely resolution
of requests and issues
Monitor customer health metrics and provide insights for continuous
improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
experience
2-3 years of experience in data science with a focus on Machine
Learning algorithms
Proven track record in a technical customer-facing role
Strong ability to understand customer objectives and identify
expansion opportunities
