LOCATION: This is a remote from home opportunity. Missouri
residency is required.
HOURS: General business hours, Monday through Friday.
TRAVEL: Up to 25% travel may be required within your region of the
state.
Responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and
coordination of a comprehensive health care program in which
members' needs are identified, including physical health,
behavioral health, social services for a special product/programs
such as long term service and supports (LTSS), Foster Care,
Intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), etc.
How you will make an impact:
* Direct and oversee program operations in support of corporate and
health plan management.
* Direct and collaborate with functional managers to develop and
implement the steps necessary to manage program operations.
* Participate in cross-functional workgroups created to maintain
and develop programs.
* Evaluate program operations to improve the efficiency of
operations, financial return, customer service, and provider
engagement.
* Develop, communicate, and monitor program schedule, budget, and
resources plan.
* Manage resource utilization to ensure appropriate delivery of
care to members and adequate coverage for departmental tasks and
job responsibilities.
* Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate the performance of
direct reports.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
* Minimum of BA/BS and 5 years of clinical experience, including
prior leadership experience; or any combination of education and
experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
* Ability to travel within your region of the state (mileage/tolls
reimbursed).
Preferred Qualifications
* Current unrestricted license such as RN, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LICSW,
LPC (as allowed by applicable state laws) or Clinical Psychologist
to practice as a health professional within the state of Missouri
is strongly preferred.
* Experience working with the Missouri child welfare system.
* Service delivery coordination, discharge planning, or behavioral
health experience in a managed care setting.
* Experience in developing, implementing and/or managing programs
for Children and Adolescents with disabilities and/or individuals
with Intellectual or other Developmental Disabilities.
* Expertise in evidence-based trauma models.
