-Primary Responsibilities:
Perform sterile compounding according to company policy and
regulations including USP 797 and USP 800
Maintain competency related to performing sterile compounding
Participate in medication management for pharmacy compounding,
including medication and supply ordering, receiving, and
maintenance
Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues relating to
compounding
-Participate in completing and documenting all cleaning and
monitoring activities identified for areas related to sterile
compounding including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning
requirements
Work within a team to triage and respond to all compounding needs
promptly
-Maintain ongoing didactic and practical training related to
sterile compounding

Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of
Kansas
1+ years of consistent sterile compounding experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule (8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm
weekdays with rotating weekends)
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work independently to solve high-stakes problems
Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT)
certification
Pharmacy Technician Certification -Board (PTCB) -certification

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks
Ability to lift to 30 pounds
Ability to climb stairs and ladders
