Board-Certified Attending Physician for Nursing Home in Kansas,
MO - Join a Leading Nationwide Healthcare Company!A reputable
nationwide company providing healthcare services to nursing homes
is seeking to immediately hire a Board-certified Doctor to serve as
an attending physician at a nursing home in Kansas City, MO. The
ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in
primary and long-term care (LTC) and a valid state license.
Compensation is very rewarding, plus a generous benefits
package.Responsibilities:Act as the primary care provider for
residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), taking
responsibility for their medical managementConduct patient rounds,
collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident
careDiagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while
overseeing the management of ongoing medical conditionsDiscuss
treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with
residents and their familiesMaintain accurate medical records and
ensure adherence to healthcare regulationsWork closely with nurses,
therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive
careRequirements:A board-certified physician with experience in
primary care and long-term care (LTC)Strong leadership skills and
the ability to effectively support and mentor NPs and PAs in
delivering careAbility to work full-time and travel.The doctor is
expected to focus solely on the responsibilities within this role
and may not work for another nursing home or private practice.
However, an affiliation with a hospital is highly encouraged and
welcomedSalary Range: $200,000 - $300,000Benefits:Health
