Job Description:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning,
and implementing patient care related to physical therapy, ensuring
compliance with practice standards.
Gathers relevant data from charts and care team, consulting
physicians as needed.
Independently evaluates assigned patients, recognizing additional
needs during assessment.
Interprets results, sets measurable and realistic goals, and
adjusts care plans accordingly.
Regularly reassesses patient progress per policies and regulatory
requirements.
Identifies appropriate equipment, discusses options with patients
and families, and makes recommendations.
Requirements include a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in
Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, an active LPT
license, and BLS certification.
This is a full-time position.
