Job Description:
Seeking experienced RN for a 12-hour night shift in a 38-bed
ICU/CVICU unit within a Magnet hospital.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using
evidence-based practices and teamwork.
Manage complex cases including trauma, cardiac, stroke, and chronic
illnesses.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized
care plans, prioritize needs, and educate patients/families.
Provide direct care, delegate tasks, and coordinate resources
effectively.
Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards,
and maintain accurate documentation.
Minimum qualifications include an active RN license, BLS
certification, and BSN (or within 4 years if less than 12 months
experience).
Physical demands involve patient handling, equipment operation, and
frequent mobility.
