be considered. A skilled Registered Nurse with Progressive Care
Unit (PCU) experience is sought for a contract position located in
Lees Summit, MO. This role focuses on delivering high-quality
nursing care during 12-hour night shifts within a stepdown care
environment. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of
PCU RN experience and demonstrate proficiency with high acuity
patient management, including arterial line and advanced
respiratory support such as BiPAP and Airvo. Qualifications and
Desired Experience: - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license -
Minimum 1 year of Progressive Care Unit nursing experience -
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS preferred - Experience with
high acuity drips, arterial lines, and BiPAP/Airvo equipment -
Ability to float to lesser acuity units as needed - Strong clinical
assessment and patient monitoring skills - Nicotine-free

Responsibilities: - Provide expert nursing care to patients in a
stepdown PCU setting during night shifts (1845-0715) - Monitor and
assess patients requiring high acuity interventions - Collaborate
effectively with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care
plans - Adhere to the facilitys policies and maintain a
nicotine-free workplace environment - Flexibility to work every
other weekend and major holidays with schedule support from
management - Participate in mandatory orientation sessions prior to
assignment start This position offers a contract opportunity with a
progressive healthcare environment. Candidates should be ready to
begin as soon as possible and complete all credentialing timely.
Orientation is Monday through Friday, daytime hours, with upcoming
