registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. A registered nurse with step-down or progressive
care experience is needed to provide high-quality patient care in a
fast-paced hospital setting in the Lees Summit, MO area. This
contract position offers the opportunity to apply critical care
skills on a dedicated PCU unit during 12-hour night shifts.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active RN license required
Minimum one year of PCU or step-down nursing experience Proficiency
with high-acuity drips preferred Experience with arterial lines,
BiPAP, and Airvo devices a plus Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
certifications Ability to work major holidays and every other
weekend Nicotine-free worksite policies Responsibilities and
Duties: Monitor and assess patients on the step-down unit,
responding promptly to changes in condition Administer medications
and drips with precision, ensuring patient safety Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans Float to
lower-acuity units when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and
teamwork Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and
documentation standards Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 1845 to
