Job Description Join Pride Health as a CSR– Insurance Risk
(Tele) at Lee’s Summit, MO! This is a 3* months contract to hire
role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a
dynamic environment. Location: Lee’s Summit, MO 64063 Shift
Schedule: Shift Options (CST): Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday - Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40 hours Start Date: ASAP Pay Highlights:
$15-16/hour (Based on years of experience) Key Responsibilities
(Simple Breakdown) Make outbound calls to life insurance applicants
Conduct phone interviews or leave voicemails when needed Collect
details such as: Medical history Financial information
Job/occupation details Hobbies or high-risk activities (avocations)
Review and correct information during the call to ensure accuracy
Enter and update details in the system while on the call Log call
attempts, outcomes, and notes properly Use internal tools like: C4
Call Management System Dialer Avaya Phone System Learn and follow
different client requirements (each insurance company may have
slightly different rules) Communicate professionally with
applicants, internal teams, and management Follow compliance,
privacy, and safety policies at all times Assist with additional
tasks as needed based on business needs What You Should Be
Comfortable With Speaking on the phone for most of the shift Asking
clear, structured questions Typing and documenting while talking
Handling confidential information responsibly Working with multiple
systems/screens at once Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are
