Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Independence, MO Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,941 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical/Oncology Nurse – Missouri Start Date: December 1, 2025 Location: Independence, Missouri Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 48 hours guaranteed per pay period; every third weekend required; no on-call Highlights: 6th floor Medical-Surgical/Oncology unit with 36 beds and a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio Diverse patient population including Med-Surg, Oncology, Hospice, and hemodynamically stable cardiac monitoring patients Strong team support structure with Clinical Care Coordinators, RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and unit secretaries Modern equipment including I-med, I-mobile, Neurons vitals machines, PCA pumps, wound vacs, and chest tube management Meditech electronic documentation system Opportunity to float to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units for skill diversity Requirements: Current Missouri RN license or multistate compact license BLS certification required Experience with wound vac changes, drain removal, IV/PICC line management, Foley catheter insertion/removal, and NG tube insertion/removal Team-oriented with a positive, patient-centered attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a well-supported Medical-Surgical/Oncology unit where you'll care for a diverse patient population while developing broad clinical skills.
