Job Description Job Description Company Description Schedule: Full-Time | Days (Monday–Friday business hours) On-Call: Required Compensation Hourly Pay: $44.27 – $61.99 (experience-based; midpoint $53.12) Sign-On Bonus: Case by case Relocation Assistance: Case by case Job Description Overview A busy, high-performing surgical department in Overland Park is seeking an experienced RN Surgical Services – OR Manager to lead perioperative operations. This department performs 550 surgical cases per month across 11 OR suites and supports a Level II Trauma program. The OR Manager provides leadership for preadmission testing, pre-op, intra-op, and post-op services, ensuring excellence across the full perioperative continuum.
