Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ICU
Registered Nurse to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art
facilities. As an ICU Nurse, you will play a critical role in
providing high-level care to critically ill patients who require
constant monitoring and intervention. Working at HCA Healthcare,

services. Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients,
managing complex medical needs and supporting their recovery.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement
effective patient care strategies. Monitor patient conditions
continuously and adjust patient care plans as necessary. Administer
medications, manage life support equipment, and execute advanced
life-saving measures. Educate patients and their families on
illness, treatment plans, and ongoing recovery needs. Maintain
meticulous records of patient care, condition, progress, and
medication protocols. Expertise in critical care nursing practices
and protocols. Proficiency with medical equipment and technology
pertinent to intensive care units. Strong decision-making and
problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Certification in
Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred.
