Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview - Shift: Days, 4x10hrs - Hours: 40 hrs/wk - Start Date: Mar 16, 2026 - Length: 13 weeks - Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced CVOR RN with a minimum of 2 years of cardiac surgery scrub and circulating experience in a Level I Trauma Center setting. Details - Work in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) within a hospital setting - Requires both strong scrub and circulating experience on cardiac surgeries - Schedule is four 10-hour day shifts per week, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM - 40 hours per week - Weekend rotation required, with approximately one weekend of call per month - Floating required to Bell OR, Cambridge OR, and SPD - Holiday coverage is required, including call Requirements - Active KS RN license or compact RN license valid in Kansas required - Current BLS certification required - Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required - Experience must include recent, strong scrub experience on cardiac surgeries as well as circulating experience - Level I Trauma Center experience required - Two professional references required for consideration Additional Information - This is a nicotine-free facility - Local and travel candidates are accepted at the same rate, except for candidates near the Great Bend campus, who must reside outside a 60-mile radius to be eligible American Traveler Job ID P-682492.
