HCA Healthcare invites applications for the role of Registered
Nurse in our Clinical Decision Unit. This role is pivotal in our
mission to provide top-tier patient care and clinical assessments
to ensure optimal patient flow and treatment outcomes. Working
closely with an interdisciplinary medical team, you will utilize
your skills in a dynamic environment to make critical decisions
that impact patient recovery and hospital efficiency. This position
offers a unique opportunity to advance in the highly specialized
area of clinical decision-making. Provide comprehensive nursing
care and clinical assessments to patients in the Clinical Decision
Unit. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to
formulate treatment plans. Manage and prioritize patient care based
on severity and clinical necessity. Document patient care services
by charting in patient and department records. Educate patients and
families about health condition, treatment plans, and maintaining
health. Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Excellent
communication and teamwork abilities Ability to handle high-stress
situations and make critical decisions Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
