Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a compassionate and dedicated Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our Weekend Option team. This position offers a
unique opportunity to work exclusively on weekends, helping to
ensure that our high-standard of care is maintained during these
critical days. Our Registered Nurses play a pivotal role in
providing excellent medical services to a diverse population of
patients. As part of HCA Healthcare, you become part of a
supportive and dynamic team that is devoted to improving human life
every day across our expansive network of facilities. Provide
direct nursing care in accordance with established policies,
procedures, and protocols of HCA Healthcare. Monitor patient health
and progress, and respond to emergencies appropriately. Administer
medications, maintain patient records, and collaborate with medical
staff to ensure a comprehensive plan of care. Educate patients and
their families on disease processes, medical surgical procedures,
and other aspects of therapeutic regimens. Participate in
professional development activities and maintain professional
licensure and certifications. Strong clinical skills in a
healthcare environment Ability to work independently and as part of
a team Exceptional decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current
Registered Nurse license in the state of employment. Basic Life
Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
preferred.
