Provider Ad Title: Acute Rehab Physician - Mosaic Life Care, St.
Joseph MO Join Mosaic Life Care, where you’ll play a vital role in
helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of
life in our 18-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit. We proudly partner
with Lifepoint Health to deliver a diverse and integrated
healthcare experience. You'll work alongside a dedicated therapy
team, case manager, clinical liaisons, unit director, and an
IRF-PAI coordinator—all focused on supporting your success and
ensuring high-quality patient care. Position Details: - Provide
medical leadership for the Acute Rehab Unit (ARU) - 100% inpatient
- Provide a minimum of 20 hours per week to meet Medicare and
regulatory requirements for ARU operations - Hours may include a
combination of clinical and administrative services - Flexible
shift scheduling available - On-call coverage required from 7 AM –
7 PM, one weekend per month - Completed a formal PM&R
residency, a minimum 1-year rehabilitation fellowship, or
equivalent training/experience, including a 1-year hospital
internship and at least 2 years managing inpatient rehabilitation
