Job Description Do you have a heart for health care? Saint Luke's Home Care is seeking a Telehealth LPN to join our team. Assist RN with Telehealth monitoring and installations. Requirements: LPN-MO & KS, drivers license, chauffeurs license to drive company vehicle for telehealth deliveries M-Th each week, then work from home monitoring HRS every other Sat & Sun. Every Friday off, there is some flexibility with this schedule, but still would require weekend work Installation of telehealth monitors in patient homes Monitoring of biometrics every other weekend and coverage for high volume, vacation times Assist with troubleshooting monitors Clean, restock, and keep track of inventory Chart in medical records and HRS program when indicated Contact physicians for patient concerns, vital signs outside of parameters and receive and write any new orders received from physicians Assign visits in EPIC scheduling as indicated Job Requirements Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year Job Details Full Time Day (United States of America) The best place to get care.
