Details - Home health setting covering two territories: a Clinton-based territory serving Henry, St. Clair, and Benton counties (rural) 2 days/week, and a Kansas-based territory serving Eastern Jackson County (Kansas City metro) and Lafayette County 3 days/week - Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts) - No weekend scheduling required - 13-week contract Requirements - Minimum 1 year of recent home health PT experience required - Experience with OASIS documentation required - Current PT license required if applicable - 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration - Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration Additional Information - Candidate will provide physical therapy services across a mix of rural counties and a Kansas City metro area - All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration - Skills checklist required for consideration American Traveler Job ID P-688362.
