We support your assignment with: License reimbursement – help maintaining your credentials Referral program – bonuses for referring healthcare professionals Health insurance – coverage for you and your family Certification reimbursement – assistance with renewing certifications Weekly pay – reliable and timely payments Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab RN: Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures Prepare patients for procedures, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications Operate and monitor specialized cardiac equipment during procedures Provide patient care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures Recognize and respond to cardiac emergencies and complications Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and post-procedure care Maintain accurate patient documentation and procedural records Ensure adherence to sterile technique, safety protocols, and regulatory standards Requirements: Active RN license in Kansas (or compact license) Minimum 1–2 years of recent Cath Lab experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong cardiac monitoring and critical care skills Ability to work in a fast-paced procedural environment Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Why Work in Olathe, KS?
