Job Position: Equipment OperatorLocation: KANSAS CITY, MO 64147Busy South KC Plumbing company in search of Crown Reach Truck Drivers. These are temp to hire with great benefits following permanent status. Family owned and operated company. You do not need to be certified but you do need to already know how to drive the reach truck. This is a temp to hire position. Looking for LONG TERM people only.

• must be at least 18 yrs of age
• must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• must be trained and capable of driving a Crown Reach Truck
• must show dependability with past jobs
• strict attendance policy so you must have excellent attendance
• must be able to pass pre employment driving test
• great dress code
• no boot or steel toe requirement
• listen to music- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to move materials within the warehouse or distribution center- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products- Perform inventory control and maintain accurate records of materials movement- Inspect and maintain forklifts and other equipment, reporting any malfunctions or damage- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines- Assist with general warehouse duties as neededSchedule:M-F 7am to 3:30pm with lots of OT. $17.50hr to startM-F 3pm to 11:30pm with a lot of OT. $20.00/hr to startBenefits after 90 days:Medical, dental, life- free, long and short term disability- free, Paid time off, Vacation, Bonuses 2 times a year, great 401K with match, 9 paid holidays, great referral program and much more. #pdko Associated topics: deere, diesel, diesel mechanic, diesel technician, equipment, heavy equipment, heavy equipment operator, john deere, loader, plant
