      All solo drivers can expect to run a round trip from Kansas City to the West Coast and back each week. Drivers living within the Kansas City hiring area will have approximately 48 hours or more of home time each week upon arriving in Kansas City. Drivers living in the Phoenix hiring area will also have appromimately 48 hours or more of home time in Phoenix each week.
      
      
      • Live within approximately 150 miles of Kansas City OR within approximately 25 miles of Phoenix.
        
      • Valid CDL with Haz-Mat endorsement (or willing to add endorsement within 90 days)
        
      • Experience equal to: 2 years recent verifiable OTR driving tractor / trailer OR 1 year recent verifiable driving tractor / trailer proof of completion of an aceptable driving school or driver training program.
        
      • No serious traffice violations in last 3 years
        
      • No more than 4 moving violations in last 3 years, nor more than 2 moving violations in last 12 months
        
      • No "verifiable" preventable accidents involving a fatality
        
      • No "verifiable" preventable accidents involving serious bodily injuries or major disabling damage to a motor vehicle in the last 3 years.
        
      • Minimum age 23
        
      • Mountain & large city driving experience in all weather and traffic conditions.
