foot store is located on the third level of the Crown Center shops

Center’s goal of creating a vibrant central city. WHAT WE DO AND
HOW WE DO IT: The Customer Service Representative (Halls Concierge)
is the first point of contact for Halls customers, delivering an
exceptional shopping experience at Halls KC – a luxury retail
store. This role requires a passion for customer satisfaction,
strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple
tasks with precision and professionalism. The Customer Service
Representative (Halls Concierge) is responsible for cash handling,
gift wrapping, stocking supplies in Hall Concierge, and performs
other responsibilities as required by management. IN THIS ROLE YOU
WILL: Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on creating
memorable experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction. Exhibit
empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when addressing customer
needs or concerns. Uphold Halls’ brand image and demonstrate a
passion for our customers in every interaction. Answer incoming
phone calls, transfer calls appropriately, and assist with
inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Collaborate
effectively with team members, demonstrating a positive team player
attitude within the department and the entire store. Perform gift
wrapping and gift boxing services to maintain Halls’ high standards
of presentation. Multitask in a fast-paced environment while
maintaining attention to detail. Cash management and cash handling
accurately and responsibly. Maintain and stock supplies in the
concierge area to ensure readiness and efficiency. Keep the
customer service area clean, organized, and visually appealing. All

is required to be considered for this role: High school diploma or
GED or equivalent Minimum one year customer service experience in a
professional or public environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Your

and cash handling experience. Excellent communication skills, both
written & verbal. Must have a professional disposition when working
with customers. Basic computer skills Knowledge of MS Word, Excel
and email. Superior customer service & teamwork skills –have a
great attitude and are a team player. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: This is a
part-time regular opportunity, and the work schedule will vary
between 20-25 hours a week. Availability to work evenings,
weekends, and some holidays. Basic store hours: Monday – Saturday,
10:00am – 6:00pm, Sunday, 12:00pm – 5:00pm. Current Fall hours are
Mon-Wed, Sat 10am - 6pm; Thu-Fri 10am-7pm; Sun 12pm - 5pm Holiday
hours for 2025 are Mon-Thu, 10am - 7pm; Fri-Sat 10am-8pm; Sun 12pm
- 6pm. The Concierge shift ends approximately 30 minutes after the
